SkySwap provides informational estimates about flight disruption risk — the chance that a flight is delayed, cancelled, or diverted. These are estimates, not guarantees. Real-world outcomes depend on weather, air traffic, mechanical issues, crew availability, and many factors no model can fully predict. Read how the numbers are produced on the methodology page.
SkySwap is not a source of operational, navigational, or safety information. Never rely on SkySwap for safety-critical or operations-critical decisions. For anything that matters operationally, use official sources: your airline, the FAA, and airport authorities.
You may not use SkySwap or any data shown in it to pursue, support, or evaluate passenger-rights claims or actions of any kind — including claims under EU Regulation 261/2004. This restriction is mandatory, not optional: in the web version it flows directly from our live-flight-data license, and in every version it reflects that SkySwap shows modeled estimates, never a record of what actually happened to your flight.
If you believe you are owed compensation for a disrupted flight, base your claim on records from your airline or the relevant regulator, not on SkySwap.
Historical performance, weather, forecast, and ground-status data come from U.S. government sources (BTS, NOAA, FAA) and are in the public domain. These are the only data sources on every platform. SkySwap's own risk scores and derived outputs remain ours.
SkySwap is provided as-is and as-available, with all faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which is currently $0.
